Meet Patricia

Patricia Levy is a veteran real estate broker with over 20 years experience as a consistent top producer. Patty ranks Top 10 in her office of over 200 agents, in the Top 1% of 50,000 agents nationally, and is a recent recipient of the top-tier Pinnacle Award for exceeding $1M in gross commissions and $350M in sales.

 

Her dedication to providing exceptional service is evident from over 100 five-star Zillow and Google reviews she consistently receives from a long list of very happy clients. However, the best compliment was from a client who wrote Patty’s name into her divorce contract stating that she MUST be the listing broker; and an elderly woman who put Post-It notes on all her important documents saying her final wish was for Patty to be called when it was time to sell her apartment. This deep level of trust is a result of the care bestowed upon her clients. She has a knack for making them feel like they are her only client despite how busy she is.

 

Patty is known and respected for her direct, no-nonsense approach, expert guidance and honesty in telling clients like it is so they can make the best decisions. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) she is meticulous in uncovering data not available to the public to use in negotiations.
